I feel incredibly lucky to have met Elizabeth and Jason and members of their extended family, their kindness and generosity ensuring that my stay at Quadra Island House was all that I could hope for and more … Elizabeth was so helpful providing me with her knowledge of the surrounding berries and availability for any questions that I had. Welcoming me to the House which was homey, very clean , comfortable with incredible views. Sitting on the deck surrounded by the rugged beauty of the trees, and captivating flow of the lapping water providing a horizon for breathtaking Sunrise and Sunsets. My stay was complete with a very enjoyable, relaxing boat excursion with Jason at the helm experienced and professional boatman and Elizabeth.The people as mentioned the place made my stay the best vacation I have ever had.
Serene Majesty!
What an incredible place to visit! Be prepared to be taken aback with the awesome natural surroundings and picturesque views! We had a wonderful week of unwinding in this beautiful part of Canada. From picking and eating fresh oysters off the private and isolated beach and watching Orcas and Humpacks swim by while sipping our morning coffee, to swimming in a lagoon and catching fish with Captain Jason, we were mesmerized by the whole experience. Cannot recommend it enough!

Helpful kind welcoming hosts who go above and beyond to give you the best experience. Clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodations. and now for the good stuff… Beautiful expansive ocean front views plus private beach . We sat on the deck watching whales, seals , hummingbirds, hawks, eagles , deer. Not to mention the tidal pools with starfish , crabs, hermit crabs, and sea cucumbers . Definitely recommend adding on a boat trip with Captain Jason to get even more up close with this gem of place!
About host
Jason and his wife Elizabeth operated and developed a successful yoga centre in Montreal for 16 years and are thrilled to have returned to Quadra Island to raise their family and share the joys of the island with visitors from around the world. His intimate knowledge of the coastal waters and connection with the land as well his extensive experience in creating spaces and services to rejuvenate the body and mind make Sea Stone a truly unique gem among the gulf islands.
